REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
Your Right to Cancel / Refund
You have the right to cancel your order at no cost to yourself, providing that the goods have not been dispatched. You will not need to give us a reason for your cancellation nor will you have to pay any penalty.
To cancel your order send an email to ask@letspartybiggleswade.co.uk. This way we will be able to act quickly upon your request. If your goods have already been dispatched our normal Terms and Conditions apply.
If we have already processed the goods for delivery, DO NOT unpack the goods when they arrive at their destination. Please return the parcel to the address above.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit/debit card will be re-credited to your account within 30 days of your order PROVIDING the goods are returned to us in perfect condition.
If you are able to determine that the goods you have been supplied are faulty, please use the Returns feature of our website to log a return to us.
